Registration requirements:
After each registration, we will send a written confirmation and invoice via email. The participation fee is due in full no later than 14 days before the start of the event. For registrations within 14 days of the event date, the entire amount is due immediately. Alternative payment arrangements are only possible by prior agreement.
After payment is received, participants will receive all necessary information and access links to the event. Scheduled appointments are binding. In case of no-show, the full fee for the scheduled session will be charged.
People with low incomes (e.g., job seekers, students, single parents) can receive a discount upon request; please indicate this request when registering.
If the required minimum number of participants is not reached for group offers, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Any fees already paid will be fully refunded immediately.
