For over 10 years, I have been supporting people personally and professionally as a coach. My initial training in education, as well as my training as a psychological counselor, have specialized me in supporting people in challenging situations. I have conducted coaching and training sessions in employment as a job coach and in leadership positions.

Change Management in action. In my mid-40s, I was facing a career change – convinced that self-employment wasn't for me. But those around me had long seen what I hadn't yet recognized myself. My husband, my team, my friends – they all encouraged me: "Work as a business coach, become self-employed. You have an empathetic gift for understanding people holistically and you love the challenge of business." "The world needs people like you." I let the idea mature and took it one step at a time: I began training at the renowned "Coach Academy Switzerland" – from certified systemic and values-based coach to systemic and values-based Master of Coaching. Multiple scientifically validated and accredited programs. I simply wanted to explore what might develop. During my specialization as a systemic and values-based business coach, I realized what those around me had long seen. I recognized my blind spot, which had always unconsciously driven me, and realized that I had lost sight of my vision – to professionally guide people in their development as a coach. Because this aspect of my personality is a significant part of who I am, this realization was my CTA – my call to action! This was followed by the recognition of my qualifications by the Chamber of Commerce as a business consultant, including business organization according to § 94 Z 74 of the Austrian Trade Regulation Act of 1994, limited to human resources, participation in a business start-up program, and accredited personal certification according to ISO/IEC 17024 by TÜV Austria, as a seal of quality for my work. Because I come from an AI innovation sector and live my calling, I passionately support you in developing your potential in the workplace, fostering change and shaping the future. I combine professionalism with intuition, humanity with technology – because responsibility requires more than just the standard. Between goal and problem lies the violation of values. They give me a feeling of freedom and are my sources of strength. I am grateful to have honest friends with whom I could go on any adventure. What also shapes my personality is my vibrant relationship with God.
For me, everything is meaningfully interconnected. I'm also the proud mother of an adult daughter and happily married. Two cats and a dog complete our home.
